Job summary

You will open new accounts, educate customers on Bank products, meet branch sales goals, and support a team through training and cross-selling while adhering to regulatory and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years retail banking experience in Teller/Customer Service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging clients in a friendly and professional manner and resolving service-related issues timely.
• Conduct business ethically, thoroughly communicating facts/features of Apple Bank products, accounts, and services.
• Recognize opportunities to acquire new banking relationships by discussing needs with customers and prospects and offering suitable products.
• Establish, retain, and deepen relationships to achieve team sales and referral goals while maintaining service quality.
• Handle Teller operations by processing transactions accurately and safeguarding cash and instruments.
• Assist in opening/closing vaults, updating rate boards, and ensuring orderly customer areas.
