Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year HR experience preferred; healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ADP payroll and Microsoft Office; ability to learn vendor systems.
• Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn, interpret policies and statutes for assigned regions.
• Assist with onboarding, policy compliance, and field education.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and Employee Relations on complex issues.
• Support hiring processes and track team metrics with third-party vendors.
• Maintain relationships with field offices and ensure timely onboarding.
