Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders from receipt through fulfillment per Fellowes processes.
• Run daily/weekly reports to identify order exceptions and required actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Forecasting, Traffic, Distribution, and Credit.
• Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status and shipping schedules.
• Provide timely phone and email support to B2B customers and Sales.
