Qualifications

• 1–3 years in commercial collections or accounts receivable.
• B2B invoicing, payment terms, and deductions knowledge.
• Proficiency with Excel; NetSuite experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable for mainly B2B customers and monitor aging.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and collect past due balances.
• Communicate with customer AP contacts via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Navigate vendor portals and payment processes to prevent delays.
• Prepare aging reports and assist month-end close.
