• At least 5 years in a business-to-business customer service or administrative capacity.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
• Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents.
• Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers via phone or electronically.
• Provide excellent client service to both internal and external clients.
• Manage client portfolios and organize workflow to meet time frames and demands.
• Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents.
• Navigate between multiple databases quickly and accurately.
• Recommend process improvements where applicable.
• Maintain and grow existing client business by providing outstanding service and offering appropriate services.
