Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles.
• Energetic self-starter in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand their needs and concerns
• Research, analyze, and process legal documents
• Fulfill requests and answer questions via phone or electronic channels
• Provide excellent client service to internal and external clients
• Manage client portfolios and organize workflows to meet deadlines
• Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
• Navigate multiple databases quickly and accurately
• Recommend process improvements where applicable
• Maintain and grow client business through outstanding service.
