Job summary

American Cutting Edge, Inc. (ACE) is seeking an Account Manager to build strong customer relationships and drive B2B sales of engineered cutting solutions. The role is hybrid—on-site a few days per month after training—based in Miamisburg, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule and initial on-campus training.

You will identify customer needs, present technical blade solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery while growing key accounts across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales, account management, or customer service experience.
• Strong B2B written and verbal communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude; ability to read blueprints and take measurements is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); experience with SAGE software is a bonus.
• Experience selling to/through industrial distributors or end users preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service and regular outreach.
• Follow up on high-quality leads (no cold calling from scratch).
• Identify customer needs and recommend custom blade solutions.
• Communicate product capabilities and technical information with confidence.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Customer Service, and Engineering to meet delivery and performance targets.
• Negotiate and close deals; handle inbound and outbound phone sales.
• Log interactions and updates in the CRM system.
