Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for the Firestone Complete Auto Care family. This hybrid role blends customer service with entry-level vehicle service tasks, and is designed as a pipeline for future career growth within the network.

You will learn store operations, assist in front/back shop tasks, and contribute to customer satisfaction through thorough and timely service. Pay range: $14.40 - $21.51.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
• Growth and career development role; May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty and learn all aspects of store operations.
