Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is hiring a Sales and Service Technician (SST) for its Firestone Complete Auto Care network. This hybrid role blends customer service, sales and core vehicle service to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless store operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, a valid driver's license and a growth mindset. Training and ASE certifications are provided as part of our development program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
