Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid role for our Firestone Complete Auto Care stores. You will assess customer needs, recommend products/services, perform entry-level vehicle services, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely work and effective communication.

The role blends front-end customer interaction with basic vehicle service tasks, with growth potential and ongoing training. Pay range is $15.20–$22.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver’s license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, and issue resolution (75%).
• Basic vehicle service tasks: oil, tires, fluids (25%).
• Store operations: opening/closing, inventory, displays.
