Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for Firestone Complete Auto Care through BSRO. The hybrid role blends customer service with basic vehicle services and training across store operations to support growth.

The position emphasizes learning all aspects of the operation, with potential progression into leadership and ASE certification opportunities, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.
• 2 year degree or equivalent training.
• Previous consumer retail sales experience.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus.
• Previous management/supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid Role: customer service, sales, customer issue resolution – 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids – 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays – as needed.
• Growth and career development role; may assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
