Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), part of Bridgestone Americas, is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid role. This position combines customer service with basic vehicle service tasks and store responsibilities to support growth within Firestone Complete Auto Care.

The role emphasizes customer needs assessment, product/service recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service completion, with a pay range of $14.40 to $21.51 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Customer service and career growth mindset.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
• Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
• Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
