Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) as a hybrid role designed to develop future leaders within Firestone Complete Auto Care. You will help customers by assessing needs, recommending products/services and performing entry-level vehicle services while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The position offers a pay range of $16.80–$25.10 per hour with a pathway to growth and career development in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Customer service mindset and growth orientation.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Hybrid role combining customer service, sales and basic vehicle servicing.
• Perform basic vehicle services (oil, tires, fluids) and assist customers with product recommendations.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and displays as needed.
