Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) for their Firestone Complete Auto Care stores. This hybrid role focuses on customer service and entry-level vehicle services, offering the chance for career growth.

The SST will engage with customers, perform basic vehicle services, and assist in store operations. Compensation ranges from $16.80 to $25.10 per hour, with benefits starting on day one, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Valid automobile driver's license.
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
• Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve the customer through assessing needs and recommending products.
• Perform entry-level vehicle services.
• Assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty when necessary.
