Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Retail Sales and Service Technician (SST) in a hybrid role within our Firestone Complete Auto Care stores. You will assess customer needs, recommend products and/or services, perform entry-level vehicle services, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely completion of services.

The role offers a mix of front-end customer interaction and back-shop tasks, with growth potential and ongoing training. Pay range specified: $15.20–$22.71 per hour.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid automobile driver's license.
Customer service and career growth mindset.
Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks.
Ability to learn and operate store systems.

Responsibilities

Customer service, sales, customer issue resolution- 75%.
Basic vehicle service tasks, oil, tires, fluids- 25%.
Store operations, opening/closing, inventory, displays- as needed basis.
May assist Manager or act as Manager-On-Duty in certain circumstances or to support development.
Learn all aspects of store operations and flex between front/back shop tasks.
