TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing automotive contact center in Minneapolis, MN. You will be the first point of contact, handling inbound calls, scheduling vehicle service appointments, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Work Environment

You’ll work in a modern contact center environment with your own workstation, dual monitors, and a collaborative team atmosphere. Our team is committed to providing excellent service while creating a positive and supportive workplace.

Training Schedule:

• Tuesday-Saturday
• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Regular Schedule:

• Monday-Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• One weekday off
• 40 hours per week with overtime opportunities available

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
