Job summary

GAINSCO in Richardson, TX is seeking a Claims Team Leader-Liability to guide a small team of Claims Representatives handling auto claims with low to intermediate complexity. You will coach, train, and evaluate performance while ensuring adherence to company and state guidelines.

You will oversee onboarding, monitor outcomes, generate regular reports, and collaborate with other departments on cross-functional initiatives. Prior leadership experience in auto claims is required.
