Qualifications

• 5+ years auto liability claims, PD, Casualty Claims and/or supervisory experience.
• 5+ years managing litigated personal auto files a plus.
• Strong technical and administrative background in auto claims handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and direct the Auto Casualty Unit staff.
• Review files for investigation quality and fair settlement practices.
• Approve settlements within authority and monitor staff performance.
• Design procedures to improve claim settlement and customer service levels.
• Oversee training and development programs for personnel and processes.
• Manage defense strategy and litigation handling where required.
• Coordinate with SIU, Litigation, Total Loss, Subrogation teams as needed.
