Blackbird Health is seeking an Autism Evaluator to join a multidisciplinary pediatric mental health team in Maryland. You will conduct autism-focused diagnostic evaluations, synthesize findings, and provide feedback to families, while balancing testing and ongoing therapy within a flexible schedule.

The role requires an active LCSW-C license in Maryland and a minimum of two years' clinical experience with children, adolescents, and families.

Qualifikationen

• Maryland license: LCSW-C (Independent)
• Minimum 2+ years delivering clinical care to children and families
• Exceptional clinical writing and diagnostic documentation
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Aufgaben

• Perform neurodevelopmental diagnostic evaluations focusing on autism (ADOS-2, ASRS, CARS-2).
• Synthesize assessment data into clear diagnostic conclusions.
• Deliver compassionate feedback to clients and families after evaluations with care pathways.
• Manage evaluation timelines; complete progress notes within 24 hours and oversee report writing.
• Communicate findings to the broader care team and participate in weekly clinical consultations.
• Provide direct psychotherapy to pediatric and young adult clients and conduct biopsychosocial intakes.
