Greenberg Traurig, LLP invites applications for an Attorney Talent Acquisition Coordinator in our Chicago office. This hybrid role supports the Attorney Talent Acquisition team across recruiting for summer associates, lateral hires, and alternative track attorneys, coordinating on-campus processes, interviews, and communications with candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, organization development, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Talent Acquisition Manager, Managing Shareholders, and Practice Group Leaders with recruitment for summer associates, lateral shareholders, and alternative track attorneys.
• Support on-campus recruiting: materials, callback interviews, communications with candidates.
• Oversee day-to-day Summer Associate Program: training, assignments, evaluations, events.
• Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback from candidates.
• Assist in drafting/updating job postings; manage resumes in ATS and generate reports.
• Update applicant databases and prepare offer letters.
• Coordinate with candidates and external search firms; manage background checks requests.
• Network with career services to engage law students.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
