Tyler Wisconsin State Enterprise team in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time Associate Project Manager to support development, implementation, and support of the Content Management System (SharePoint) and Engagement Builder platform.

This hybrid role requires onsite work at our Madison office three days per week, with responsibilities spanning demos, training, support, and project coordination to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support demos and trainings for internal and external users.
• Provide tier one support for administrative users and tier two for end users of CMS websites and forms.
• Use data from support tickets to suggest product and documentation improvements.
• Develop subject matter expertise in configuration options for the products.
• Assist in developing form prototypes and timelines.
• Perform scheduled maintenance updates for websites and forms.
• Lead template website and form implementations with status reports and user training.
• Coordinate product upgrades including testing, scheduling, and external communications.
• Maintain the Webmaster’s portal with updated information for users.
• Act as project manager for internal projects, documenting scope and timelines, and coordinating divisions.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
• Other duties as assigned.
