Tyler Wisconsin State Enterprise team in Madison, WI seeks a full-time Associate Project Manager to support the Director of Project Management with development, implementation, and support of the Content Management System (SharePoint) and Engagement Builder platforms.

This hybrid role requires onsite work three days a week at the Madison office, with responsibilities spanning demos, user support, product improvement, and coordinating cross-divisional projects.

Responsabilidades

• Supports and/or leads demos and trainings for internal and external users
• Provides tier one support for administrative users and tier two support for end users of the CMS websites and forms
• Uses data from support tickets to identify and propose improvements to the products, documentation, and processes
• Develops subject matter expertise in configuration options for the assigned products
• Assists the Director of Project Management in development of form prototypes
• Performs scheduled maintenance updates for websites and forms, as requested by the partner
• Lead the implementation of template websites and forms requiring the generation of status reports, timelines, administrative user training, and launch
• Assists the Director of Project Management with product upgrades including regression testing, scheduling, and external customer communications
• Maintains primary responsibility for continually updating the Webmaster's website, which is a communication and training portal for administrative website users, to remain relevant
• Function as a project manage for internal projects, which includes documentation of scope, development of timeline, development of a communication plan, and coordination of multiple divisions for project completion
• Participate in on-call rotations
• Other job duties as assigned
