Job summary

Springs Window Fashions is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager for our Corporate Headquarters in the Madison, WI area. This hybrid role requires 3 days in office and 2 days remote, supporting the governance of major initiatives.

You will own project status, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, leading cross-functional teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and cost while driving continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, with manufacturing focus.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with change management.
• Experience utilizing PM tools: Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to influence across levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive project plans (scope, timeline, budget, resources).
• Partner with Springs leaders to align with business strategies and engage stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies for on-time delivery and quality.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources for optimal utilization and efficiency.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Track KPIs and provide regular project status reports to leadership.
• Promote continuous improvement and adoption of PM best practices.
