Tyler Technologies’ Kentucky Enterprise in Frankfort, KY is seeking an Associate Project Manager to coordinate software development projects, manage SDLC processes, and work with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver on time and within budget.

You will create project plans, develop documentation, monitor risks, and ensure quality while supporting state agencies and partners. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of PM experience, strong communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Competenze

1-3 years of project management experience leading project teams or IT PMO involvement.
Understanding of project management best practices and methodologies.
Experience with E-Commerce or online payment projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and customer service mindset.

Mansioni

Manage all project activities to achieve goals, budgets and schedules.
Develop key project documentation (SOWs, work orders, requirements, plans).
Work with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Proactively manage internal teams, consultants and external vendors.
Manage resource allocations and project dependencies.
Implement stakeholder management and communication plans.
Create and deliver project progress reports and metrics."
Contribute to account management initiatives and opportunities for deployed services.
Perform other PM-related duties as assigned.
