Job summary

Tyler Wisconsin State Enterprise in Madison, WI is hiring an Associate Project Manager to support development, implementation, and support of the CMS (SharePoint) and Engagement Builder platforms. This full-time role is based in Madison and operates in a hybrid model with three on-site days per week.

The candidate will assist the Director of Project Management, lead demos, provide Tier 1/2 support, analyze support data, and help upgrade and maintain websites and forms while coordinating

Responsibilities

• Supports and/or leads demos and trainings for internal and external users.
• Provides tier one support for administrative users and tier two support for end users of the CMS websites and forms.
• Uses data from support tickets to identify and propose improvements to products, documentation, and processes.
• Develops subject matter expertise in configuration options for the assigned products.
• Assists the Director of Project Management in developing form prototypes.
• Performs scheduled maintenance updates for websites and forms as requested by the partner.
• Leads the implementation of template websites and forms requiring status reports, timelines, and training.
• Assists with product upgrades including regression testing, scheduling, and external communications.
• Maintains the Webmaster's website as a training portal for administrative users.
• Functions as a project manager for internal projects with scope and timeline documentation.
• Participates in on-call rotations.
• Other duties as assigned.
