Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Associate Product Manager for a hybrid role in Towson, MD. You will support the product lifecycle from concept to delivery and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and finance to develop new products with the PM team.

You will work with marketing and channels on launches and promotions, create collateral and web content, and conduct end-user research to guide pricing, margins and profitability.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of Product Management experience.
• Ability to work effectively across functions and lead teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• With guidance, manages the complete product lifecycle from concept to delivery alongside the Product Manager.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and finance to drive new products together with the PM team.
• Work with brand marketing and channel teams to develop product launch and sales programs.
