Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Tools & Outdoor Strategy. Based in Towson, MD with hybrid work options, the role guides strategic initiatives and runs cross-functional programs that align with brand objectives across global tools and outdoor portfolios.

You will translate priorities into actionable business plans, lead strategic initiatives, and drive KPI reporting while collaborating with Brand teams and senior leaders to accelerate growth and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, commercial strategy, sales, or related roles.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support annual strategic planning processes and translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and drive operational improvements.
• Partner across the organization for cross-functional alignment and accountability.
• Guide SIM process adoption and KPI reporting across business units.
• Work with Brand teams to ensure connectivity to enterprise and commercial processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate commercialization of innovation.
• Drive executive communications and presentations for decision-making.
