Qualifications

• 4-year college degree preferred but not required.
• 1-2 years in administrative role.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Budget and financial statement review abilities.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.
• Assist Community Manager with community tasks.
• Prepare board packets and mailings.
• Update association portals and calendars.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Create monthly newsletters.
• Assist with architectural applications.
• Create work orders and track status.
• Additional duties as assigned.
