The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HOA management experience and CMCA certification. A competitive salary of $80,000 - $115,000/year is offered, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience.
• Evening availability for Board meetings.
• Ability to travel to and from properties for meetings.
• Strong knowledge of budgets and the budgeting process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 4 to 7 communities with dedicated support.
• Build relationships and solve challenges for homeowners.
• Partner with Boards of Directors for community success.
