Job summary

Kellen is a global leader in association management services, seeking an Associate Account Executive to support client organizations through governance, member programs, conferences, and daily operations.

Reporting to the Group Vice President, the AAE partners with volunteers and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality service, coordinate multiple projects, and help grow member engagement while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Polished communication skills and ability to interact with staff at all levels.
• Experience with association management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate board and committee activities and governance support.
• Support membership initiatives, programs, and communications.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
• Provide administrative and operational support for budgets and calendars.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities to improve services.
