Marsh McLennan in Florida is seeking an Associate Account Executive to support Commercial Property & Casualty clients in a hybrid Miami/Tampa role. This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days in the office weekly.

You will coordinate client service activities, analyze risk data, assist with contract reviews, renewals, and service deliverables, and build strong relationships with clients and producers to drive growth.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and ensure compliance with all standards to better serve clients.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as an Associate Account Executive supporting our Commercial Property & Casualty clients. This role will be based in Miami or Tampa. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The successful candidate will support daily operations from a client service and administrative perspective, coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.

We will count on you to:

• Partner with Account Executives to retain existing clients, and support growth.
• Use risk experience to evaluate risks, review loss experience, cash flow, and financials; develop solutions; articulate the impact of options; leverage analytics; and make recommendations to clients across commercial risk portfolio of policies.
• Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to provide best‑in‑class service and drive growth.
• Serve as a client contact, responding to day‑to‑day client service needs, and overseeing deliverables provided by the service team including managing contract reviews, renewal cycles, midterm changes. proof of insurance, invoicing, etc.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of changing market conditions and ensure compliance with all standards to better serve clients.
