Job summary

Haven Property Management in the Greater Seattle Area is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations at residential properties. You will coordinate leasing, tenant relations, inspections, and maintenance, reporting to the Portfolio/Property Manager.

This full-time, hybrid role requires reliable transportation and excellent communication. You will contribute to tenant onboarding, rent collection support, and data reporting, while supporting the corporate office as

Qualifications

• Experience managing tenants, inspections, leases, and maintenance coordination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Appfolio).
• Knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
• Previous real estate or property management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and respond to inquiries.
