DevCo Residential Group seeks an Assistant Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ to support planning, design, and construction of multifamily housing. You will coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure projects run on time and within budget.

This full-time role requires 3-5 years of construction administration experience. Hybrid work schedule includes on-site and WFH weeks, with a target 10% performance bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of comprehensive construction administrative/management experience.
• Multifamily, financial, and commercial construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read and write English proficiently and pass background checks.

Aufgaben

• Assist with managing, supervising, coordinating, and monitoring the planning, design, and construction of new ground-up multifamily projects.
• Assist PMs with documenting bids, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and budget with reporting using department tools.
• Coordinate with design consultants, jurisdictions, utilities, procurement, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Support project teams to balance workload across regions and participate in site walks and closeout activities.
