The role supports planning, design, and construction of low-income housing multifamily projects, coordinating with internal and external partners from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction administrative/management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet milestones in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and coordinating planning, design, and construction of ground-up multifamily projects.
• Support project management with requests for bids, budget reviews, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout.
• Help develop and manage scope, schedule, and budget from inception to completion.
• Attend site walks, punch lists, turnover and closeout activities; support regional workload balance.
