Job summary

DevCo US Construction in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The role focuses on planning, design, and construction of low income housing tax credit multifamily projects, coordinating with internal and external partners.

The APM will support the Project Management team from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining DevCo quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction administration/management experience.
• PMP certification or related certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Proficiency with MS Office, scheduling software, and document controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, design, and construction of multifamily projects.
• Coordinate with development, procurement, estimating, legal, accounting, architects, engineers and contractors.
• Support project execution from preconstruction through closeout.
• Help manage scope, schedule, and budget with regular reporting.
