Job summary

Bisnow is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multifamily projects from pre-construction through completion. The role combines office, remote, and active site work with regular travel to project sites and offices.

You will own scope, schedule, budget, and quality, while mentoring Site Superintendents and coordinating with internal teams and owners’ representatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing new construction projects, preferably multifamily/residential.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, schedule, and budget through completion.
• Lead pre-construction planning, bid review, and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to budgets.
• Provide leadership to Site Superintendents and maintain client relationships.
