Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Durham, NC is seeking an experienced ASIC Verification Engineer for a hybrid role requiring in-office presence two days per week. You will own verification efforts, develop UVM environments, and work on high-speed ASIC/SoC blocks with Cadence Xcelium, Synopsys VCS or Mentor Questa tools.

You will perform constrained random testing, debug complex designs, and ensure coverage goals are met while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable networking

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ASIC/SoC verification experience with ownership from test plan to coverage closure.
• Strong SystemVerilog and UVM expertise, building environments from scratch.
• Deep understanding of randomization, constraints, coverage and SVA assertions.
• Hands-on test planning, coverage analysis, and debugging of complex SoCs.
• Proficiency with Cadence Xcelium, Synopsys VCS or Mentor Questa simulators.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive block-level or subsystem verification efforts to closure.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain advanced UVM environments and models.
• Perform constrained random testing and debug to validate design functionality.
• Analyze simulation results and debug waveforms with industry tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ASICs/SoCs.
