Qualifications

• Experience: 2-5 years as Property Manager in multifamily
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications valued
• MS Office, Yardi/Entrata experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio financial performance by achieving occupancy and NOI goals
• Provide timely operational and financial reporting to regional leadership
• Develop pricing and marketing plans based on market conditions
• Oversee on-site teams and coach property leaders
• Drive resident experience and retention through service excellence
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and state regulations
