Qualifications

• 3–5 years bookkeeping experience, accounts receivable preferred.
• Customer service driven and focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment meeting daily/monthly goals.
• Strong attention to detail and well organized.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts.
• Post payments, process credits and returns.
• Contact customers via email and phone to keep accounts current.
• Respond to customer questions with excellent service.
• Assist as needed per supervisor and AR/AP management.
