Penn Veterinary Supply, Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Credit Coordinator to manage accounts receivable, post payments, credits and returns, and deliver excellent service the Penn Vet way.

The full-time, hybrid role requires a High School Diploma and 3–5 years of bookkeeping/AR experience, plus strong communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining customer accounts, contacting customers by email/phone, and supporting the

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 3-5 years bookkeeping experience, accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Customer service driven and focused.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily and monthly goals.
• Ability to organize one’s own activities and manage multiple priorities independently while also working as an active member on a team.
• Strong attention to detail, well organized.
• Proficient in the use of computers and Microsoft Office
• Experience with a multi-line telephone system preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts.
• Post payments, process customer credits and returns.
• Work to keep customer accounts current – contact customers via email and phone.
• Respond to and answer customer questions providing excellent customer service
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Account Receivable Supervisor, Account Receivable and Accounts Payable Manager or Company President.
