Penn Veterinary Supply, Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Credit Coordinator to manage accounts receivable, post payments, credits and returns, and deliver excellent service the Penn Vet way.

The full-time, hybrid role requires a High School Diploma and 3–5 years of bookkeeping/AR experience, plus strong communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. ABOUT THE POSITION:

A Credit Coordinator processes, maintains, and distributes credit information as appropriate while providing our customers with the best service done the Penn Vet way.

One (1) full-time position is available: Candidates must be available to work a hybrid schedule Monday through Wednesday, 8:00am – 5:00pm, Thursday, 9:30am to 6:30pm and Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
