Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join the Corporate Team in Bensalem, PA. The role focuses on timely processing of customer set-up, invoicing, and credits, while ensuring revenue is correctly billed per service agreements.

With guidance from AR leadership, you will maintain a portfolio of accounts, prepare monthly reporting, and support both internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience or related
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel in particular) and data entry

Responsibilities

• Process data related to customer set-up and terminations, invoicing, billing, and credits
• Manage portfolio of accounts to ensure revenue accuracy and monthly reporting
• Support AR Director, AR Supervisor, and SVP of Financial Services; assist Business Development and Operations teams
• Coordinate with Financial Services to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable
• Perform other duties critical to the AR team's efficiency
