Job summary

Citi in Irving, Texas seeks an IT Business Technology Lead Analyst, VP to bridge business strategy and technology delivery. You will own data flows, platform roadmaps, and analytics initiatives across critical systems, shaping Citi's technology landscape globally.

The role requires 6–10 years in business analysis or tech consulting, advanced Excel, and experience across the full SDLC. You will lead a team, partner with product managers, and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Six to ten years of experience in business analysis, technology consulting, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis, with Word, Visio and PowerPoint for documentation.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle and data governance frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary subject matter expert in reporting and analytics data and data pipelines.
• Lead root cause analysis for data quality issues and coordinate remediation with governance teams.
• Gather requirements with business clients and product managers to define system roadmaps.
• Document and maintain technology strategy, platform roadmaps, and standards.
• Identify duplicative platforms and lead simplification to global scalable solutions.
• Define scope and requirements for complex projects and guide delivery phases.
• Lead and mentor a team, manage workload and professional development.
• Monitor risk and compliance implications of business decisions.
