Qualifications

• Experience using call/ticketing software.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and business support for Citi applications.
• Act as liaison between users/traders and tech teams.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and releases.
• Perform post-release checkouts and maintain technical documentation.
• Analyze applications to identify risks and security issues.
