Responsibilities

• Provide application and technical support to the North American sales team.
• Conduct laboratory sample analysis and generate detailed application reports.
• Support method verification, validation, and transfer processes.
• Travel to customer sites for demonstrations and training.
• Capture and maintain activities in Salesforce CRM.
• Train new employees and internal stakeholders.
