  • Deliver remote and on‑site application support across our AMS, Chopin, and Unity Scientific product lines
  • Travel to customer sites for demonstrations, training, and project support
  • Collaborate with service teams to troubleshoot and resolve application‑related issues
  • Capture and maintain application activities and customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
  • Gather customer feedback and application insights to inform product development
  • Develop and maintain instrument calibrations as needed
  • Help train new employees and internal stakeholders
  • Take on additional responsibilities as the role evolves

  • Advanced degree preferred
Communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • The ability to translate technical information clearly for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Skills & Traits

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
  • A customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to support
  • Equally effective working independently and as part of a team
  • Openness to feedback and a drive for continuous improvement
Work Environment

This role is a mix of lab and field work. You’ll spend approximately 50% of your time in our Westborough, MA headquarters lab, and the rest visiting customer sites — manufacturing plants, food processing facilities, laboratories, and universities across North America.
