Job summary

ECU Health in Greenville, NC seeks an Application Analyst I–IV to support Epic workloads and clinical workflows. You will participate in discussions on system enhancements, test patches, and coordinate with IT teams under change control while maintaining SLA commitments.

The role requires an associate degree or higher, vendor certifications, and the ability to learn quickly in a hospital setting. On-site with hybrid options and full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or equivalent work, training and experience required.
• Ability to provide value-added support to one or more applications.
• Obtains and maintains current vendor certification and ongoing education.
• Epic Certification required; on-site training in Madison, WI and remote training for accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Participates in end user discussions on workflows for upcoming enhancements or system changes.
• Supports evaluation, testing, and implementation of defect patches, system upgrades and releases per SLA.
• Ability to analyze and resolve simple issues.
• Promotes cooperation and commitment within the team and collaborates with others.
• Rotates on-call responsibilities.
