The role rotates on-call and requires Epic Certification with ongoing learning. Responsibilities include user workflow reviews, defect patch testing, and coordinating with teams to deliver application improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or healthcare related field.
• 2+ years of IT experience with vendor application implementations and support.
• Experience in testing software applications and supporting them.
• Ability to analyze, document findings, and draft plans.
• Vendor accreditation/certification is preferred and ongoing education.

Aufgaben

• Meet with end users to review workflows for upcoming enhancements or changes.
• Evaluate, test, and implement defect patches and system upgrades per change control.
• Identify and recommend improvement opportunities based on upgrades and patches.
• Analyze and resolve simple to moderate issues with effective documentation.
• Manage work plans independently and support teammates as needed.
• Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies affecting applications.
• Adhere to SLA and change management standards; communicate clearly.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and accountability.
