Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or healthcare field or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years IT experience with vendor implementations and support.
• Experience in testing software applications and documenting results.

Responsibilities

• Meet with end users to review workflows for enhancements.
• Test, patch, and implement system updates per change control.
• Evaluate opportunities based on upgrades and patches.
• Analyze and resolve moderate issues; provide documentation.
• Independently manage work and monitor progress; mentor others.
