Job summary

Avance Care is seeking an Application Analyst to configure, modify, test, and maintain Epic software across Ambulatory applications. You will act as a primary support contact for end-users, coordinate issue resolution, and collaborate with clinical users and project teams in the Durham area.

Required are an associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, at least two years of EMR experience, and Epic certification in a primary module such as EpicCare Ambulatory.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Two+ years of EMR experience required.
• Epic certification or accreditation in a primary Epic module is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary support contact for the Ambulatory application end-users.
• Identify and resolve issues within the Epic environment; coordinate with project teams.
• Guide workflow design, build, test, and maintain Epic systems.
• Translate operational requests into Epic build tasks; ensure timely deliveries.
